Royal Mail Strikes
As a result of the upcoming Royal Mail strikes, there will be delays to Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 24 Tracked deliveries, so we would advise you to order for any upcoming occasions as early as possible to avoid any disappointment. Royal Mail will prioritise Royal Mail 24 Tracked deliveries and will do their best to deliver on time, however, there may still be delays to this service.
Letters will not be delivered or dispatched on strike days.
Orders dispatched during these dates will be affected and we cannot accept responsibility for delays.
The strikes are planned for the following dates:
- 14th December
- 15th December
- 23rd December
- 24th December
We will apologise to all customers affected by this and we will update this list if more dates are announced.

It's important to remember that all delivery lead times are estimated, you will usually find that the estimated delivery lead times are correct and you will receive your items within the time frames detailed above.
Please note, deliveries may take longer during busier times, such as Christmas or circumstances out of our control.
Deliveries will be made between Monday - Saturday and exclude Sunday and Bank Holidays.
