Add up to 2 lines of personalisation, with 12 characters per line. Line 1 is case sensitive and will print exactly as typed (avoid using fixed uppercase, as it can make the script font harder to read). All other personalisation will appear in fixed uppercase.
Crafted from ceramic. We recommend hand washing only to help keep the design looking its best. As each mug is handmade, the speckled pattern may vary slightly from the image shown.

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, they require time to be made, typically this takes 1-3 working days but more relevant production times are stated on each product page.
As soon as your item has been made, your order will be dispatched via the selected delivery method at checkout. Please note all items have the same production time regardless of the delivery method selected.
