Line two is case sensitive and prints as entered, so please avoid fixed uppercase there as it can be hard to read, while the remaining lines appear in fixed uppercase. Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, they require time to be made, typically this takes 1-3 working days but more relevant production times are stated on each product page.
As soon as your item has been made, your order will be dispatched via the selected delivery method at checkout. Please note all items have the same production time regardless of the delivery method selected.
Delivery is free on selected products where stated in the product description.
