Personalised Heart Ceramic Plant Pot
This charming Personalised Heart Plant Pot is a lovely way to show someone you care, whether it is a Mother's Day treat, a birthday surprise or a heartfelt thank you. The ceramic pot gives a houseplant or fresh herb a cosy home and looks right at home on a kitchen sill or bright windowsill.
Personalise it across up to five lines of text: the first line allows up to 12 characters and appears just as you type it, while lines two to four allow up to 15 characters each and print in fixed uppercase. There is a draining hole in the base to keep roots happy. It is a sweet, lasting keepsake that means far more than a bunch of flowers, and it is wonderfully easy to make your own.
